Ada and Michael have taken up an incredibly challenging career path that goes beyond just caring for others, and for a small family-owned company that’s been in operation for over a decade, it was nice to see that their approach have endured to remain dignified, respectful and empathetic towards what we needed. The main thing I appreciated about the service was Ada’s compassion and understanding for our personal situation – we had a few unique requests and they were honoured as part of our affairs.
